Buying Sherwin-Williams color
Sherwin-Williams sells through its own stores, and some lines through Lowe's. The same SW code mixes the same color across their paint lines, but sheen changes how it reads: flat looks slightly darker and softer, semi-gloss slightly lighter and crisper.
Their color chips are small. Before you commit, try a large peel-and-stick sample on two walls and look at it across a full day.
